Written consent
You sign a sheet setting out the expected outcome, the risks and the alternatives before any procedure. You keep a copy.
If a complication occurs
There is an out-of-hours number, and complications are managed here at no additional charge.

Every session records the device, the settings, the area and the date. You can request a copy of your file at any time.
