Every complaint is logged and answered by the lead consultant within 3 working days. If it concerns the outcome of a session, we reassess in clinic at no charge. If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to complain to the Medical Syndicate and the Health Affairs Directorate — and we give you those contacts without being asked.
