No session happens without an examination. We assess, type your skin, and tell you if something else needs treating before the thing you came for.

You leave the consultation holding a sheet with the number of sessions, the duration and the total. That number does not rise mid-course.

We decline cases, and we say when a treatment will not get you to the result you are picturing. Every page carries a list of who it will not work for.

The cards below are templates showing the format and the record that will sit beneath every image. No patient images are published yet, and we have not filled the space with stock photography or manufacturers' catalogue images.
Image policy
No image is published here without written patient consent. No retouching, no filters, no smoothing. Both frames at the same light, the same distance, the same angle, and without make-up. If any of that is not true, the image does not go on the site.

Partial result — moderate scars responded, but the deep ice-pick component responded considerably less than expected. Explained to the patient before session two; she chose to complete the course. The correct next step is a plastic surgery referral, not more sessions.

Poor outcome
Poor result — the patches returned within 4 months of the last session. The patient worked outdoors and could not realistically reapply sunscreen every 3 hours. The error was ours: we should have said this plan would not hold in her circumstances before starting.

Full leg. Marked reduction. Remaining hair is finer and lighter — which is what a good result actually looks like, not total absence.

Partial result — chin. Regrowth within 7 months driven by an endocrine cause (PCOS). Referred to endocrinology; here laser is annual maintenance, not a course that ends.

Shadow from an anatomical hollow — the only type that responds clearly to filler. Photographed at 3 weeks once swelling had fully resolved.

Dynamic lines. Both frames at the identical expression — a "before" with a raised brow against an "after" at rest is not a comparison, it is a trick.

Partial outcome
Partial result — improved density frontally only; the vertex did not respond. The patient had a concurrently treated iron deficiency, and part of this improvement is probably the iron rather than the PRP. We say so because attributing a result to the wrong treatment keeps patients paying for sessions they do not need.
Not "starting from". These are the real bands, the expected session counts, and what is charged separately.
