Magnified, photographed examination of each lesion, archived for annual comparison.
Not a cosmetic service, and we put it near the front deliberately. The examination takes half an hour; every suspicious lesion is photographed and archived so we can compare next year — change is the signal, not appearance on a single day. If a biopsy is indicated we refer, and we explain why.
