Platelet-rich plasma (PRP)
Plasma from your own blood, concentrated and injected into scalp or skin.
The evidence is stronger for hair loss than for skin rejuvenation, and we say so plainly. It needs 3–4 closely spaced sessions first, then maintenance every 4–6 months — an ongoing commitment rather than a course that ends. Without maintenance the effect regresses.

Partial outcome
Partial result — improved density frontally only; the vertex did not respond. The patient had a concurrently treated iron deficiency, and part of this improvement is probably the iron rather than the PRP. We say so because attributing a result to the wrong treatment keeps patients paying for sessions they do not need.
