Dermal filler
Hyaluronic acid that fills a defect or supports an area that has lost volume.
We use it for tear troughs, nasolabial folds, and mid-face support. We work in small volumes across stages and never do the whole change in one sitting — over-correction is far harder to undo than under-correction. The product is dissolvable, which is a genuine safety property rather than a marketing line. We decline a lot of cases, and we say why.
